Step 1: Apply the Red Paint
Apply red paint over a black surface with a 6 1/2" foam roller.
Step 2: Rub Areas to Show Dark Paint Color
While the paint is still wet, use a cheesecloth to rub off random areas to reveal some of the black paint.
Step 3: Blur the Dark Areas
Lightly blur it with a soft dry 2" flat brush so the edges look worn.
